Purpose of the Position
As Senior Sales Manager, your mission is to lead the full advertiser sales cycle from identifying prospects to closing strategic deals that push growth across Spanish-speaking LATAM.
You’ll bring deep performance marketing knowledge, strong regional insight, and a sharp commercial mindset. This role is hands-on, high-impact, and foundational: not only will you own revenue growth, you’ll also help build and scale the sales team setting the tone, strategy, and structure for long-term success.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle with advertisers: prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close
- Maintain a qualified lead-to-close rate of 20% or higher
- Build and maintain a clean CRM pipeline with next steps clearly defined
- Actively contribute market insights to keep our commercial strategy sharp
- Lead the foundation of our sales team, including hiring, onboarding, and structure within 12 months
Skills and Expertise
- 5+ years in affiliate, app, or performance marketing
- Proven record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-impact deals
- Strong network of advertisers across Spanish-speaking LATAM
- Experience building or scaling sales functions (tools, process, or teams)
- Proficient in pipeline management tools (HubSpot etc.)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong strategic prospecting and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communicator and listener able to adapt to different stakeholders
- Deep market insight and curiosity to stay ahead of regional and global trends
